🇫🇷 Refund Policy – ​​LED Masks

📅 Right of withdrawal (14 days)

In accordance with Articles L221-18 et seq. of the Consumer Code, you have 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to justify your decision.

🎭 Affected products

Our policy only applies to LED masks that meet all of the following conditions:

  • The product is unused , clean , without deterioration ,

  • It is returned in its original packaging , with all accessories (cable, manual, etc.).

⚠️ Personalized products (engraving, design on request, etc.) are neither returned nor refunded , except in the event of a manufacturing defect.

🚚 Your refund options

✅ Option 1 – Product Return

You can return your order within 14 days of receipt.

  • Return costs are your responsibility (in accordance with the law).

  • Once the product has been received and checked , a full refund will be issued (excluding initial delivery charges).

💡 Option 2 – Partial refund without return

In certain cases, and subject to validation by our customer service , you can request a partial refund of 50% , without returning the product .

⚠️ Strict conditions:

  • The request must be justified (e.g. slight visual defect, minor problem).

  • The product must be in perfect working order .

  • You will be asked for photos of the product .

  • This option is granted on a case-by-case basis and cannot be systematically guaranteed .

👉 This measure aims to avoid unnecessary returns for minor reasons, but does not constitute an automatic right .
