🛒 General Conditions of Sale (GCS)

1. Identity of the seller

These general conditions of sale apply to the Aureva store, operated by Roman Karrit , a micro-entrepreneur registered in France.

2. Products

The products offered are LED masks intended for personal aesthetic use.
Each product sheet describes the essential characteristics. The visuals are indicative but faithful to reality.

3. Price

Prices are indicated in euros (€) , excluding VAT (VAT not applicable, art. 293 B of the CGI).
Delivery is free for all orders in mainland France.

4. Order

Any order placed through our website or our TikTok store implies acceptance of these T&Cs.
Once the payment is validated, the customer receives an order confirmation by email .

The seller reserves the right to cancel an order in the event of product unavailability or payment problems.

5. Payment

Payment is made online via secure services (bank card, TikTok Pay, etc.).
Full payment is required upon ordering.

6. Delivery

  • Delivery area: Metropolitan France only

  • Estimated time: 8 to 18 working days

  • Free delivery

  • A tracking number is provided once the order has been shipped.

The customer is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the address provided. In the event of an error, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping.

7. Withdrawal and returns

In accordance with the legislation, the customer has 14 days after receipt to exercise his right of withdrawal .

Return conditions:

  • The product must be unused , in its original packaging

  • Return costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Refund will be made within 14 days after receipt and verification of the returned product.

8. Warranty

The products sold benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee of hidden defects , in accordance with articles L.217-4 to L.217-14 of the Consumer Code.

9. Liability

The seller cannot be held responsible for damage resulting from misuse of the product , negligence or lack of precautions .

10. Personal data

The information collected is used only for order processing and customer relations.
They are never resold to third parties.

11. Disputes

These T&Cs are governed by French law .
In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be preferred before any legal action.
